I bought an Ann Balon outfit for my son’s wedding three years ago which I really loved and wanted something similar for my daughter’s wedding in August this year. I contacted Debra by mail and phone. Wow what a wonderful helpful lady she is! She sent me lots of photos of various outfits and accessories. I chose the outfit, fascinator and bag which she then posted to me, on the understanding that if they weren’t completely right I could send them back for a full refund. This certainly put my mind at ease! I received them the next day and they are absolutely perfect! The lace is beautiful quality, the cut is brilliant and so comfortable. These outfits make you feel like a million dollars. I can’t recommend Debra at Ann Balon highly enough. She was an absolute delight to deal with. Am now looking into buying another outfit from Ann Balon for another wedding and my anniversary!

I LOVE my Ann Balon three-piece Cafe au Lait outfit I wore to my son’s wedding in the mountains of Colorado. The entire “team” at Ann Balon couldn’t have been more helpful starting with Debra! It travelled exceptionally well from Boston MA to Denver CO then to the mountains without a wrinkle. The fabric and appliqué are stunning. This is the second time I have bought an Ann Balon outfit. I find the fit very comfortable and flattering!! I’ve never been to the Ann Balon showroom as I live in Scotland which is about a 4 hour drive, so dealt with everything on the phone.  Debra was very helpful and posted a few outfits for me to try at home and choose which colour and style I liked best. I have two now!! They are beautiful and so comfortable to wear. Debra is fantastic. Give her a call! Thank you once again.

Hi Debra,  Wow, what a stunning 3 piece outfit (Pamela in Blu Marino) and how come it makes me look so much slimmer???  It is absolutely beautiful, fits so well and is so comfortable to wear.  I was amazed at the rapid delivery of my outfit.  I cannot believe that it was delivered within 24 hrs!!!!  That is most unusual for the islands!  The outfit is so well made and elegant and the matching bag goes so well with it.  Thank you and your mum so much.  I am highly delighted with it and can’t wait to actually visit in person.  Many, many thanks.

After being thoroughly disheartened by what wasn’t out there to fit a larger than life mother of the groom, it was with a certain amount of scepticism that when I came across the Ann Balon website online,  I very wrongly thought this will be just another website that promises the world and delivers nothing in the end.  How wrong I was! It was pure fluke that I found it – I found the Ann Balon brand only after coming across it in another Fashion House website. I contacted Debra who is nothing less than a genius I would say.  She was so helpful and so easy to deal with – nothing was too much bother and she sorted me in no time at all. After a bit of toing and froing, we decided on a design, colour and an appropriate size and it was sent to me one day and received the next.

Still feeling unexcited I tried it on.  Well everything Debra promised me came true.  A weight was lifted off my shoulders – it was absolutely stunning and a perfect fit – it could have been made for me.  I don’t think I have ever worn anything that fits so well and I feel so good in it.

I have went from dreading the wedding to now not being able to wait for it to come round – the outfit makes me feel so special just like the mother of the groom should feel.

I live in Ireland and previously purchased an Ann Balon outfit for my daughter’s wedding from a shop in Dublin. As the shop has since closed, I decided to look up Ann Balon online for my youngest daughter’s wedding. I was delighted to see that the online shop delivers to Ireland. I emailed Debra, spoke with her over the phone and found her to be very helpful and accommodating. There were no difficulties in exchanging any outfit bought online and the speed and efficiency of the delivery was very good.
